Sanko Holding has decided to digitize its warehouse and inventory management processes in line with its increasing production volume and wide product range. The WMS solution, implemented to ensure real-time traceability of raw material, semi-finished, and finished product flows, strengthens production-warehouse integration and allows all movements to be managed in real-time using barcodes.
Thanks to this project, inventory accuracy has been increased, shipment preparation times have been shortened, and operational errors have been minimized. With this digital infrastructure investment, Sanko Textile has both improved cost control and made its growing operational volume sustainable and efficient.
